Hey guys, thanx for the positive and useful comments!!!!
No pain at all now in the back or legs... in fact I almost forgot to mention it to Manda last night when we went out for a catch up cup of tea...
Which was lovely, even when the large old lady with the hell attitude blocked the counter so I had to reach round her and stretch and lean to get the tray with the tea stuff on it... WTF????
Lady I had my tea I wasn't going to jump back into the line in front of you and reorder!!!!
Hmmf working at the club where most of our clients are over 60 has made me wonder if you are born with only so many manners and by the time you are 70 you don't have any left???? One old guy actually whistled at me to get my attention the other day... What I look like a dog??? arghh!!!
OK, rant over, sorry.....
Now I'm not one to take a lot of notice of scary words like arthritis... I have had cancer.. hence the lack of a thyroid gland... I have been through the darkness of Clinical Depression... hence the where are some drugs attitude... hehehehehehe
I have discovered that some people live with an illness and some people let an illness live their lives. I will be careful but hey I have too many roads to ride and too much iron to lift to let this live my life.
Anyway when I did remember to talk to Manda about it we decided that having a dodgy back and hip would come in handy in a few years as I will be able to say....
"Looks like it going to rain, my back is acting up"
This will be a major bonus as the weather forecasters never seem to know when it is actually going to rain... maybe they need one with a bad back or dodgy hip LOL
I am going to hit the Healthy Life store and see what they can offer, I am already taking Glucosamine cause hey I am a Nana and that's what we take... But I used to give one of our dogs Shark Cartilage capsules as she had a bad hip (hmmm just realised how slack she was cause she never did tell us when rain was coming!) and they made a huge difference to her movement and pain so I will have a look at those.....
Although the more I think about it being able to tell when it is going to rain would really be handy... no more missing out on road trips on the Harleys cause the idiots on TV tell us there is a storm and hail coming... but NO... sorry our mistake!!!
OK another rant over... LOL
So we trained Biceps and Triceps today hard and heavy, and the skull crushers almost were!!!! LOL
Tanks here so it must be time to go... hang on its only 7.30... hmmm my watch dog must need rewinding...
