FIGURING OUT THE FIFTIES.... SO THIS IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT.......

New day...

Trained Back this morning, the high rep week is here and I love it.

I don't get any residual pain from training back, its my leg workouts that I am having to reconsider so I don't hurt myself...

I find Abs make my back ache as well so I am restructuring them to reduce the lower back strain, which is bloody annoying as Abs are my weak point.. Actually they are probably my strongest point as they get to carry around the extra fat cause that's where it sits on me... sigh!!

As for my leg workout I have decided to reduce the exercises to 2 or 3 and spend the rest of the hour sitting on the one and only spin cycle at the gym with the resistance turned up high...

I know this will also be a cardio workout and I know it will build nice big sweeping quads... but in honesty... I hate cycles of any shape... (Harleys are not a cycle, they are a bike ok!!!) Cycles are the spawn of the devil as far as I am concerned... my arse hurts, my top half gets the boredom twitches... my brain fuzzes... devil spawn I tell you.... but I need to keep my legs looking as good if not better than they already do so it is the cycle torture for me for a few weeks anyway...

Not a lot else to report... I am re-reading "the five people you meet in heaven" by Mitch Albom at the moment... needed the wisdom injection... and my Mum is not very well at the moment and I need a bit of reassurance about life as well....

Hope your Tuesday is filled with love and laughter...

Sending positive vibes for your mum. I am reading a book called 'Eat Pray Love' by Elizabeth Gilbert at the moment. I saw her on Oprah a week or so ago, promoting this book and it sounded so good that I went and got it. It is about one woman's life journey. Have just started so will let you know how it goes.
