Nothing....... although maybe........

Once again I have been slack on the blogging front, mostly because nothing wild or exciting has been happening in my little corner of this world...

I spent the week and weekend pretty much as I always do with the exception of a special Friday night spent with Joseph & Lily being Nana Dudu which I loved.... totally loved... Once Lily was in bed Joseph & I watched a movie about dag racing girls and I am now on a promise to take him to the drags once he is big enough as we both love the fast cars soooooooo much lol.

Saturday was a normal clean house while Hubby worked and then a quick dash around the place to find the infamously hard to find frozen egg whites then a movie and bed....

I was treated to large fur kids bouncing on the bed on Sunday wishing me a happy mothers day and then laying all over me while I chatted to Clark, yay it was fabulous to hear from him and to have our usual insane laughs about our lives... off for the waterfront jog then breakfast out for a total change... Eggs Benedict which I haven't had in... wow... 5 years!! I forgot how much I love them!!! Clark thought it was a huge joke me going out to eat eggs benny... he reckoned I would order them like this....

"Yes, I would like the spinach & ham eggs Benedict please, but could you please hold the muffin, the Bearnaise sauce, the ham and the egg yokes..... no I don't want a spinach egg white omelet I want eggs benny but I need you to hold the ham, the muffin, the sauce and the yokes ok???"

LOL I didn't and really enjoyed them as they were lol!

We then hoped on the bikes and headed up the coast to Coloundra for coffee and a muffin... and sat in the sunshine and enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere on the boardwalk..

It was fabulous on the Broom crisp in the shade but a perfect day for a ride... love autumn on the coast!!!

So after a day of indulgence which was finished off with Woolies cooked chicken for dinner because Hubby wanted to make sure he prepared every meal lol, it was back to the normal life this morning...

And to start the countdown to October in true fashion I am off to see the amazing Kel Johnson on Wednesday... and I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!

I feel like I have been in limbo for ever!!!! just training hard but at the same time waiting waiting waiting....and although it will be 23 weeks or 5 moths and whatever days the clock at the top of the screen says I want to get started and just move slowly but surely towards my goal for this year....

Bring it on..... NOW!!!!!!

SO once again I will be boring you with the details of my weight, fat percentage and dieting for the countdown to the comp.... I thank you all in advance for helping me accountable and for putting up with my carb depleted rants which are sure to arrive in due time lol

So........ once again.......... it begins....

ohhhhh and cause I know he will act all annoyed and grumpy cause I posted this on here (although I am sure he will be secretly pleased) I will now put up a photo of the bloke that kicks me out of bed each morning, sighs when I can't turn off the tap I didn't turn on, and who is now all inspired again for the next round of blinging... hehehehe...
