Weight up by 100gms to 59.4...... bodyfat down to 11.1% Yay!
More muscle less fat - got to love it!!!!
On KatieP' blog she asks what you have given up to compete...
What about what we have gained?
To me it is a lot like no longer smoking...I did not quit... I am not a quitter!
I decided I no longer wanted those expensive, disgusting things in my life or polluting the life of my family and friends, they restricted my socialising and my enjoyment of everything from long (When are we stopping for a smoke?) motorbike rides to my Grandkids who would turn away from my stinking breath....
This is the same way as I see the gains I have made by deciding to compete in a figure competition...
I have gained all you fabulous people! I would never have known you if I hadn't made this decision.....
I have gained a huge respect for everyone who makes a decision to change their lifestyle to reach a goal of any kind....
I have gained so much knowledge about the body in general and my body in particular...
I have increased the respect friends and family have for me... and gained new respect from total strangers...
I have gained the ability to look at myself in the mirror with honesty, no longer only seeing the "bad" bits...
And really, lets be honest here, the best gain of all...
I have gained a fabulous pair of stripper shoes and two new bikinis!!!!!!! Yahooooo!!!! LOL

Smoking sucks. Never done it thank god. But I know many athletes, including my partner who is a runner, stillm does it if he can. But hey, I will never criticise anyone who does, I'm still fat so I can't talk.
You are NOT FAT! You are too short for your weight!!!! I never critise a smoker I know, I prett much just avoid the ones I don't!
That's a huuuge drop in bodyfat, well done! :o)
