Well we almost had a real long weekend.. we only had to clean 3 vans this morning so we had the afternoon off for a change..
Once again having a key to the gym was a major bonus, we trained Shoulders and Hammies with every machine to ourselves - yay!!! We could also take our time which made a huge difference, no watching the clock and trying to make sure the next bench/machine/cables whatever was going to be available at the right time, in time, before time ran out!!!!
Now I am in building mode and being fueled up and ready to go, my weights are jumping up on every exercise. Hell I love that lactose acid pain and bring on the DOMS LOL
So after the gym it was van cleaning then back home for lunch and a quick trip in the Chev up the coast to grab some more protein powder which we managed to run out of today... hmmm Hubby slipped up on that one... then a cruisy trip back home the back way to avoid the ridiculous traffic on the highway.
I am REALLY missing my cardio and since I am not supposed to be doing any I then went for a jog... yeah I know, I KNOW!!! No cardio.... But it started as a walk then I had to jog across the road to get between cars then I was jogging along the path, then jogging along the waterfront and before I new it I had jogged the whole waterfront for the first time!!!!
It was a beautiful night on Bribie, no clouds, no wind, water as smooth as silk, sunset behind the bridge, glorious jogging weather....
The I walked back along the waterfront feeling fabulous and fit and healthy and watching the dolphins glide through the silky water on their way back in for the night....
I was then met on the path by this bloke and his big goofy dog that grabbed my hand in his mouth and said "you safe now I got you Mum" sigh.... still it had just reached that "a bit too dark" point of the evening so I was pleased to have them beside me for the last 10 mins of my non-cardio-I-didn't-jog... walk LOL
Well I have run out of time.. again... sucky job tomorrow.. but not until I have been to the gym and made myself smile!!!!

Sounds like a great day... Bribie, now I know where you are, how delicious!!!! Just remember listen to coach!!!! What are your goals for then next comp???
yeah mq01, I should be using ll my fue to build big juicy muscles not to drive me along a path... sigh!
Hi Essy.. I am aiming at the INBA Natural Olympia on October 15th-18th... and then maybe the ANB aussie titles the following week so already counting in blocks of 4 weeks... eek!!
