Wednesday is about the numbers..

And the numbers are still good... whew...

Body fat 8%, skin folds 39.4mm, current weight 61.1kg... all great, still right on target, I was actually ahead of target on the spreadsheet then my beloved hubby pointed out that we were a week out and suddenly I was on target not ahead of target...

Gee thanx for that Hubby... you will pay later.... when I have the energy to throw something.. it will be a sneak attack... In fact I think I will sneak some fat into his food slowly and carefully so he just gets fat and can't work out why... mawhahwhwhahahehaha
Yes as you can probably tell my carbs are even less now so the brain is as dim as Brisbane in a dust storm... Had to mention it since everyone else is .... wow look at this dust.... well try and look at it, it's hard to see because there is so much dust.... The fire alarm started going off just as I clocked out of work this afternoon to head up the coast to see Kelli .... no fire, just dust clogging the alarm thingies...

I will say it is weird, not scary.... scary was when we lived in Rotorua and Mt Ruapehu erupted and we all had to drive our cars through thick ash clouds and hide them away before the acid ate the paint off them, and we had chickens and a goat and they had to be rustled into cover and their water covered.... Now that was bloody scary... this is just dusty dust... smells weird but it ain't going to eat your face off... hopefully...

Soooo anyway the diet has changed a bit.. goodbye to the cottage cheese and the brown rice, hello to more egg whites...nuom, nuom, nuom, luckily I am still an egg white groupie so not particularly worried.... But it is almost at the stage of hubby having to feed himself so I am not tempted to lick the foreman grill after cooking his chicken for dinner... although if he cooks it I can't sneak the fat in....
Nothing much else to report... Ohhhhhh trained Back and did cardio this morning.... All great... umm I have no idea what tomorrows workout is.... let me see... chest -done, quads - done, back - done, must be shoulders???? yeah cause hammies are Friday and bicep/triceps are Saturday... damn the carbless brain thing... LOL

Train hard, love life, laugh loud and fart long..... these things will make you happy grasshopper...

Hey Cath, I did the Northern route of Tongariro NP a couple of years ago! Beautiful but ... Worst trip of my life! Only because I had the worst advice on bushwalking shoes here in Darwin, too small by +++++!!! Ended up with the worst blisters and my feet nearly falling off. I declared right then I would never camp or bush walk ever again in my life!!! Ha Ha NOT! We did Banks peninsula then I was over it! Partner did the Kepler Track, I was booked to do that but I thought I'd lose both legs by the end (being dramatic, but knew I couldn't do it). Then did the Milford Track! AAAhhh Pure NZ!!!!!

Imagine how much more I would have enjoyed it if I was 20kg lighter and fit!!! I honestly can't say I didn't like it, but sometimes i can't believe I did it as a fatty. Just imagine what I could do a fitty...????

Yeah they are awesome areas! Us Kiwis love to send unsuspecting Aussies out to be eaten by the mosquitos of Milford LOL

Shame yor shoes ruined it!!! Yeah you would be jogging Tongariro now!!!
