Trained back this morning, and had no twinges or pain at all - of course that is because I get to see the Doctor tonight and he will ask how it is and I will have to say its good and that will be that LOL...
Still no complaints as long as I can train again I am a happy little camper....
Saw Julie at the gym this morning, she is one of the girls who has gone to Jo Stewart for a programme and diet and hell I hardly recognised her!!! She looks amazing and is definitely on her way to competing in the Asia Pacific next year which is her goal.
LOL she was struggling to train at 6am and cringed when I told her we started at 5am LOL
Hell she did look fabulous YAY!!!! Renee is the other girl working with Jo and I saw her the other day and she is looking awesome as well.... Gee I'm glad they won't be in my age group LOL
ummmmmmmm not a lot else to say this morning, the balls are still in the air but as soon as i have hold of them all I will let you know..
Hi ho.. off the work I go... dang it just started raining... never mind my clean and tidy garden needs the rain...
