9 years, a Quizzilion moments...

9 years ago this was me and Hubby getting married on Christmas Eve, we even jumped the broomstick....

Its amazing that I was able to get off the ground when you consider I weighed around 120kgs on that day.. I weigh about half of that now, less than half when I compete... hmmf a lifetime ago...

Seems like longer than nine years LOL.... If you don't count the nearly two years break after we got married (go figure!) This October marked 20 years of being together, a quizillion moments shared....

I will say without any hesitation that without Hubby I would never have made it on to the stage this year...

He has been my rock when I have had to choose between a rock and a hard place...

This year we have fought over food, which exercise, the time to get out of bed in the morning, bed time at night, length of cardio, type of cardio, food, water, lack of water, food, colour of costumes, food, supplements, which bloody exercise???? FOOD!!!! colour of crystals, length of hair (his not mine!) length of hair - mine! food, fat%, weight and of course food...... did I mention food???

Every time he has been there for my tantrums, tears, and he is amazingly fast when a 5kg weight is thrown in his general direction.... ohhh ok straight at him but my aim is lousy and in my defence I didn't have my glasses on and I was carb depleted..... which meant I couldn't throw as hard as normal... lol

Without him supporting me my year would have been so very different.....

Of course the bastard still can't cook a single meal... The ONE time he used the electric steam mop I had to tell him that they do not need to be dipped into a bucket of water (yes it was tempting not to tell him!) He has no concept on how clothes get from the washing line back into the house, and if he doesn't learn how to turn down the television once he is asleep in front of it, I will put the remote in a place where he will be able to change channels by clenching his butt cheeks!

Ahhhh the quizzilion memories of moments... hmmmf The poor bugger has another year of competitions coming his way and I am stronger now so he better be able to move faster than 10kgs!!! that will teach him to marry me LOL

I wish you all a fabulous Christmas full of laughter and love! See you after the fat fella has been down your chimney and drunk your beer!!

Happy anniversary Cath! You two look so happy!

Life deals us ups and downs...and we just have to find a way to deal with them all. Whatever your tool....be it weight plates, coffee cups or whatever is handy on the bench at the time....throw it with great gusto! If you have to break one coffee cup per year venting your frustrations then that is a small price......as it is the other 364 days of the year that count the most.

Have a great Christmas with your family and thank you again for all of your support so far. You have been a godsend. Who would have thought hey......a harley riding angel to help me out!!!!LOL

Catch ya in in the new year!
