measured and tagged

I was tagged by Lauren to divulge what one of my days looks like so here is a normal day, and except for training a different body part each day its pretty much a groundhog day scenario...

4am....Hubbies alarm goes off and he heads to the kitchen and gives the dogs their first snack, as he finishes taking his supplements and heads to the bathroom and runs the water for his shave I head to the kitchen to drink my pre-training drink and take my supps. While there I will put the dishes that have dried overnight away, get out all the breakfast dishes and foods that don't need to stay cold. Give the dogs a treat each and let them outside, make the re-gym green tea. Go and get dressed for the gym, come back and pack my food into the esky for the day. Go to the laundry let the dogs in and put a load of washing in the machine as Hubby has now had his shower and I can use the water without removing skin from his body - yes some mornings waiting for him to finish showering is a really really hard thing and yes my hand does hover over the washing machine button... tempting, tempting LOL

I hit the bathroom and wash my face and teeth while Hubby feeds the wild birds. Then I grab the workout sheet for the day, my gloves, water and ipod and we head to the gym...

5am - 6.30am Training and Cardio - my favorite time of the day

6.30 Home and hang out the washing then BREAKFAST! then I do the breakfast dishes, shower, get half dressed for work, water the outside hanging baskets, if I am running on time I get a quick hello from the computer and the world then dress and off to work by 7.45am

8am - 10am work, coffee break then back to work and eat my 3rd meal while working

10 - 12.30 work then fourth meal and study while having my 1/2 hour break till 1pm.

1pm - 3pm work and afternoon green tea, then my next meal while working.

4pm - HOME!

4.15 - 5pm Get in the washing, put the breakfast dishes away, computer catch up time... some nights extra cardio or abs depending on how our training went that morning..

5pm grocery shopping, yes we do it everyday its just painful but its how we can afford to eat the way we do...

6pm - 7pm cook dinner and prepare all the separate meals for hubby and me for the next day. then eat dinner

7.30ish - If its Monday nice long phone conversation with Mum, if its Tuesday nice long phone conversation with my Daughter, computer and study, do my assignments etc. Blog.

8.30pm last meal then more study, iron uniform if I need to, sit and watch some tv with Hubby if he is awake on the sofa LOL.

9.30pm ZMA then bed with Tankyboy and more study or if I'm lucky a nice new magazine to read, go to sleep counting my blessings...

Nothing wild and exciting, just normal Nana stuff I think...

Of course Wednesdays are now measurement day so I finish work at 1pm eat and then we head up the coast to see Kelli... Today the measurements showed I have dropped 500gms, lost no muscle, gained some muscle, lost 2% fat and dropped 12mms... yes very happy camper here... I love pre-comp, my body loves pre-comp..now I must go and finish my next assignment...
