Three hours of passion

Trained Shoulders this morning then jogged - yes jogged for my 20 minutes cardio.

My back is back to being unpainful so I threw some jogging at it just to check to see if I would fall over in pain... yeah I realise that's a totally ridiculous way of finding out if you are broken but give me a break, I am on a countdown here folks and I have given up on the advice from anyone even vaguely associated with the medical profession....

Don't you just hate it how one day you are all "YEAH! I AM COMPETING!! I AM A COMPETITOR!!! YEAH" Jump up give me five hand slapping high....

Then bugger me 3 short hours later you are all "Faarrrk this lifestyle I want to sit at a bar overlooking the water and drink a bourbon"

My Monday has been like that... started off training, damn it I jogged my cardio, I even had a passably acceptable Monday at work, then finally work was over and I got in the truck to drive home and "POOF" bad fairy time... sad, tired, grumpy...

Still even though the food demons were waiting at home chanting, dancing in circles and waving anything I was not supposed to eat at me, I stuck my fingers in my ears and drank water.and managed to last till dinner time and I didn't even have that earlier than I should have... ok so I am already watching the time for my next feed but some days are like this, its shit, but its true....
So since I need something to amuse me for a few hours I think I will go and say the following provoking and arousing words to Hubby....

And if I want to really drag it out I will pick a colour and pattern for the bling, making sure to choose ones that I know he will not like.. It's guaranteed to kill at least 3 hours LOL

Back training tomorrow.. hmmmm deadlifts???? I don't think soooooooooooooo

LOL, I was having the same kind of day yesterday, I tried to do some posing, that hurt but it feels alot... I think? better today so I will give my workout a shot and see if I die too :P
