How to amuse a Tank.....

I realise that everyone thinks their fur kids are amazing, or cute, or just the cleverest fur ball on the planet...

I think this of both our fur kids... welll... ohh ok.. although Morgan does stretch the boundaries of all of the above words... actually she sort of just lurks round the edges of those words... her words are more along the line of demented, weird, dumbarse, thief... but still she does all of those to the best of her ability... which isn't great.... but hey I digress...

Tank on the other hand does have a brain... He is also in the possession of a sense of humour... it is a dry sense of humour.. he makes fun of us all the time... he is also very good at finding things to play with... odd things... like coconuts...

It just so happens we have a nice pile of old coconuts from our palms which we pile around an old sea buoy and a pair of oars we have gathered from garage sales and off the beach after storms.....

They are pretty right in the middle of the front of our place so you can see them when you walk towards the front door... Tank has decided that they look far more effective when they are spread over the front lawn with big bits ripped off them...

So once again this morning I gathered them up from the front lawn and stacked them around the buoy....

About an hour later I looked up to see that Tank really didn't like my display..... so once again he was rearranging the coconuts.....

He never totally opens them, he just tears a few holes in them and then goes and gets another one until the whole pile are back on the front lawn... once they are all spread out he is happy and doesn't touch them again until I collect them up and pile them back around the buoy....

Not sure who is the silliest... him for playing with coconuts.. or me for trying to stop him... LOL
