Holy Crap....

Wooohooo!!! I am having the time of my life!! Now if only I could work out a way for my life to consist of 49and 3/4 hour days I will be fine...

I have been officially induced at Bribie Fitness Matters..... opps sorry that should be inducted... although maybe induced is more accurate since joining the team really has been like the beginning of a whole new life for me... The owner, Kylie, is motivating and inspiring wrapped in fabulous with a dash of plain old great, the rest of the team are all just as motivating and fabulous and I think the only way you will find any negativity in the whole place would be if you bought it in on the bottom of your shoe...   My first official shift is Monday night and I am really excited about it!!

I have now completed my first week of 16 weeks of the Master Trainer course and it is a blast, Tuesday night was all admin, Thursday night the information started flowing and today on top of all of the learning we had a spin class to rev up us.... YES I DID A SPIN CLASS... Yes LizN I am now planning a trip your way once the course has finished to endure... I mean enjoy... your spin class!!! Yes it was great!!! Yes it was bloody hard!!! I Loved it!

So my next 16 weeks will look something like this..
Monday - 5.30-6.30am training, 8am-4pm job 1, 5-7pm work at Fitness Matters
Tuesday - 5.30-7.30am Work at fitness matters, 9-4 work job 1, 6.30-9.30pm course (get home around 10.45pm)
Wednesday - 5.30-6.30 cardio, 8-4 job 1, training after work, homework after training
Thursday 5.30-6.30 cardio, 8-4 job 1,6.30-9.30pm course (get home around 10.45pm)
Friday - 5.30-6.30am training, 8-4 work job 1, 5-7pm work at Fitness Matters
Saturday - introduce myself to my husband and the furkids.... housework, homework...
Sunday 9.30-4.30 course...

Of course this doesn't cover all the usual chores, tasks, family stuff or breathing... shit must remember to remember to breath... ohh and there will be more gym shifts once I am totally immersed in the systems...

Its crazy hectic... stupidly stressful.. and I'm living my dream! ohhhh yeah must find time to keep dreaming, or even sleeping... yes still having sleep problems, but hey its not like I have a huge amount of sleep time to worry about missing... my biggest worry is that I am going to turn up in the wrong uniform at the wrong place at the wrong time.... hehehehe 


So task number one is to buy a decent diary and use it... always... for everything... Holy crap this is fun.. now I must go and finish an assignment and hang out my washing..... at the same time... now where can I stick this lap top while I hang out my spin clothes... ohhh loooooookkkk that's where it fits.... heheheheh

ps, i owe you a catch-up, im thinking of you daily. bear with me, my schd and demands have forced me down for a short spell, f'ing pneumonia lol. at least thats one way to get rest, LMAO!...
