I am really enjoying my new programme, and working heavier is the best!
Still adjusting to not doing cardio everyday, it seems wrong like I am cheating or something but according to the hell scales nothing is changing on the fat front so it is all good.
Well today is a sad day for me since my baby boy turned 24 today and I would have done anything to be able to spend the day with him.... but he is in the army in NZ so I don't even get to see him, we have had a quick chat by SMS and hopefully I will be able to phone him later.. The 3 our time difference makes it a bit tough though....
THEN.... Tomorrow is his daughters 3rd birthday and I miss seeing her as well!!!! Not fair!!!
AND... Yesterday was our best friends birthday - tell ya, what is it about December and birthdays!!!
The four of us (Hubby, Me, BF and BF wife) went to the Lone Star for dinner - yum! I was very good and stuck to protein - chilli then rump steak - with only a sweet potato as the extra I wouldn't normally have at dinner time.. Had a great time and the food was wonderful....
Anyway I got to go as it's grocery shopping time - arghhhhhhhhh I hate this! I get trolley rage so Hubby won't even let me push the thing as I tend to run people over... I mean come on people just go in their and shop and get out! There is really no need to stop in the middle of the aisles to meet and greet vague friends and relatives... that's what BBQ's are for!!!

Haha...you sound like my husband...he hates to grocery shop when people take up the whole isle and have the kids screaming through the whole store...brings on nightmares...lol
Yeah, what is it about December birthdays? What happened nine months ago? I've had about 5 friends, then mine's coming up on Sunday spending on a plane on my way to the in law rellos to meet for the first time... wish me luck!!
