Tomorrow is Monday....
It seems to me that whenever someone decides to start a new diet or training schedule or life plan they will invariably wait for "Monday" as if by some universal miracle starting on a Monday will make it work better...
Now this New Year starts on a Thursday........
So suddenly everyone seems to be waiting for "Thursday" before they can possibly begin their new journey...
Why wait...
Whats wrong with Monday this week, why can't they start the plan on Monday instead of wasting another four days because it is the 1st on Thursday...
My New Year started on the 26th - hell it was a Friday... OH NO have I broken some law of nature!!!!
Actually it doesn't matter what day you start as long as you start.
So put down the last of the Chrissy cake, throw away that final rum ball...
By Thursday your world may have totally changed and you might have missed your one shot at that run along the beach or that personal best squat weight or just saying I love you to the one person you really need to tell...
Don't wait... do it NOW!

Mine started on a Friday in July...no real changes here just going to learn more and keep moving to my goals.
