soooooo close......

GASP..... 30 days to go....

Training was awesome this morning, had a bit of a change in things and it has refreshed and motivated me, a major bonus when the carbs are so low.....

Cleaned cars for the whole day and then came home and practiced my routine for the ANB show... Actually I mostly practiced flicking my hair with the correct hand at the correct time... So between a full day car cleaning and then hair flicking I reckon I burned an extra million calories today.... LOL

Sooooooo... don't you just love the way the Gods listen to us.....

Here I am a few days ago bemoaning the fact that I have no close friends and in this last week I have suddenly heard from FOUR wonderful women and that is not including Chrissy who seemed to have been the one to start the avalanche of contacts!!!!!

It has reminded me that I have been slack in my Grateful Log, which I was doing nightly but I have slowly missed a night or two then a week or two and then...... yeah you get the picture...

So tonight before I go to sleep I will once again make a mental list of all that I am grateful for and say thank you......

Now I must go and practice standing still..... correctly... LOL

What an awesome idea - the Grateful Log... sometimes we get so bogged down with how hard comp prep is and how draining all the dieting and training is that we forget to acknowledge all the good things going around us. You have me onto something here, think I might just start one myself :)

Have fun with the posing practice. It's a workout in itself and the more of it you do the more definition your muscles will get! I know sometimes towards the end of dieting when I am too exhausted to do a second (or third) cardio session I would do posing instead and feel like I worked harder than I could of if I went to the gym!

haha...I loved watching the hair flicking at the Arnold. There is quite a skill in it! Making it look so smooth.

SOOOO glad you've heard from your friends. Yep....someone's looking out for ya!
