Trained Back today... well sort of.. got most of the exercises done then started to run out of time so I headed to the Satan Cycle and did 35 mins on that as I also ran out of time last night after dropping the Bitch Broom off to be serviced... lucky girl LOL...
In typical Bitch Broom fashion the rattle I was so worried about disappeared as soon as Jeff (her favorite mechanic) touched her... she goes all shy and gooey around him and just refused to rattle... sigh... still he is going to go over her from fender to tail light and I am positive that if there is anything wrong he will find it....
Nothing much else to report.. I could tell you I have no leg or back pins but I am sure if I do they will both appear as soon as I stand up from the computer so I am not going to mention that at all...
The reduced food intake worked well yesterday and even with smaller portions I almost forgot to have my 3pm meal, so I obviously wasn't hungry....
And that really is my life in four paragraphs... sigh not very wild and exciting at the moment is it... maybe once Bitch Broom is all serviced and satisfied the excitement will increase... Although when its 35 degrees riding can be a little weird... it is like riding head first into a heater and the summer bugs that insist on bouncing off your nose are HUMUNGOUS!!!!

funny, thinking about it, bob is totally different than my miss bitch. she would hide shit from me, was cold blooded, and HATED 1st gear. bob on the other hand, he's a screamer, lol. bob will absolutely positively glow red and scream like a banshee thru the night if i let him, showing all the world every nut and bolt.
