An Aversion to Normality...

I have a problem with being normal.....

Actually I have a major aversion to being normal, I think that's why I dislike the saggy baggy uniform... it makes me blend... I'm not a blender...

One of the things I struggle with is keeping my hair a normal colour... I enjoy being white blonde but after a while the white becomes a canvas and my imagination blooms and multi coloured streaks and dazzling blocks dance across my mind like wild exotic butterflies and I dream of hair colour...

Over the years my hair has been every colour except green... yes truly, I did end up blue once although that was not the planned outcome, I have had my hair 6 colours at once and my then Boss described my as looking like I had a head full of rooster feathers - I loved that! I have even had a shaved head which then turned out my natural colour.... grey.. LOL

I have been tame due to the competitions, I know it doesn't matter but I like to think I look elegant when competing with long blonde hair... I like the thought of being elegant for one day as really, elegant isn't me either LOL

So now with the ccompetitions for this year on hold and the hair extensions an extravagance rather than a requirement, my mind is one again filled with vibrant colours... I could keep the length but ohhhh the colours.... I arrived in Australia with fire engine red hair, before that it was white blonde with fire engine red undertones that were feathered through so they looked like flames... the red fades fast here... too old for black... stay tuned for the colours LOL

Training went well last night considering I had to play with the scratchy arse boys, I have no complaints, I only had to walk up to the one scrawny guy with his arse planted on the dumbbells and say "MOVE" using my best Nana voice and glare that makes grandkids freeze in their tracks and gee whizz he stood up nice and quick LOL

So Biceps were trained and trained heavy Yay, Abs and cardio this morning... all good, just cruising along... I am a bit gutted as the gym now has ladies only boxing classes starting on next Monday but at this stage I can't play... can not wait till I can!!! Same with the Zumba classes, can not wait!!!

AND...... If you haven't seen it before check out Laynies blog, there is an amazing video of Jamie Olivers speech on obesity it is so inspiring!!!!
